Stephanie's energy healing journey began with a startling experience more than 20 yuears ago, but she did not pursue it until 2015 when the call to begin training was irrestible. It began as an exploration into modalities that could support her daughter but quickly turned into a transformative self care practice. As a parent to a neuro-spicy daughter, Stephanie finally came to understand that the best way to support her daughter was by becoming centered and grounded herself.
While studying Healing Touch, Stephanie also began reading about Polyvagal Theory and nervous system regulation. As she finished her apprenticeship and became a certified practioner, she knew her heart was with all the women who are burning themselves to the ground trying to do everything for everyone else while squeezing their own self care in the nooks and crannies of the day before eveyone else wakes up or after everyone goes to bed. Using a blend of ancient wisdom and modern research, Stephanie offers an opportunity to come back home to yourself, sinking into a grounded and centered state.

Healing touch is a gentle, hands-on energy therapy designed to help your body feel calm and balanced. When you’re stressed, your nervous system can get stuck in “fight-or-flight” mode, making you feel anxious or tense or "freeze" mode feeling stuck. Healing touch encourages your body to relax, shifting you toward the “connect and social engagement” state, which helps regulate your nervous system and promotes a sense of peace and well-being.
This 90 minute appointment includes a comprehensive intake and full healing session.
Individual 50 miutes healing session with simple but profound self care practices that you can use at home after the appointment.
This self care four-pack of sessions allows you to work through a persistent issue. This package is also great for someone having surgery - 1 session pre-op, 1 session immediately following surgery and two more appointments to help support healing.
This self care package of eight sessions allows you to prioritize release and healing, build new patterns of response to what comes up in life and provides you with tools to continue deepening your self care practice.
